Each of our gymnastics classes focuses on progressions and safety in the skills they perform. Therefore, you can expect your child to be in a class for 6-9 months. Please note that everyone learns at a different pace, so their time in a class may vary.
What to wear: Please refrain from camisoles, bras as shirts, and tank tops with large open holes, or sports bras only.

Within this program, your athlete will start learning the important fundamentals that will assist your athlete in achieving her gymnastics dreams. At this level your athlete will start learning about gymnastics in its most basic form on all four events.
Requirements
In Gymnastics 2, we will work to expand your athlete’s skill level as well as her knowledge of gymnastics. Athletes will be introduced to interconnected skills that are worked at 2 or 3 elements in a series.
In Gymnastics 3, you should start to see some serious growth in your athlete. Athletes can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally as they start to move forward at a faster rate. Body awareness is of the utmost importance at this level of progression.
This is our seasonal competitive team program, meaning that athletes will train and compete within a few months. Any athlete from Gym1 through Gym 3 is welcome to join with absolutely no experience being necessary.
